Kim and Randy had the most beautiful backyard wedding at their home in Roxborough Colorado. They were surrounded by their closest friends and family, and so many flowers! Kim’s garden was truly a work of art, and the love and attention that went into it was completely evident. It was a gorgeous place to be married. The decor was simple and elegant, playing off the natural beauty already in abundance in the garden. Kim and Randy shared a lovely first look, which are always such sweet moments. We were able to get all of the formal portraits all done before the ceremony began, an awesome perk of having a first look, more time to enjoy your guests and reception later!. Kim’s sisters and nieces were so spunky and made the day so fun, one of her sisters even married the two of them! I love it when couples have a special person who is close to them officiate. It adds so much personality to the ceremony. My dad married my husband and I and it was just so special. The ceremony was heartfelt and full of love, as were the toasts that came afterwards. Dancing, drinking, and a short photography stroll later (where you can see evidence of my terrible jokes), and it was time for dinner! Catering was provided by Woodhill Small Batch BBQ, a beautiful food truck with seriously delicious food. Literally dinner was a huge highlight of the party, and the caterers were super friendly and helpful. After dinner the couple shared not one, but two first dances! Both songs were super meaningful to them and they couldn’t decide, so they went with both. Love it! Thank you so much for trusting me with your wedding photos Kim and Randy. Congratulations again, you are such a sweet couple and I wish you all the happiness. If you are planning a wedding and looking for a photographer, what you waiting for!?
